I'm trying to identify this 386SX motherboard and hopefully understand its jumper settings. The ISA slot arrangement is a bit unique, and it has the Chips & Technology CS8221 NEAT chipset. It is similar to the DataExpert 80386 SX (https://theretroweb.com/motherboards/s/dataex … -80386-sx-16-20), but that is not it. I've tried working from the P903305 listed on the top of the front side of the board along with the PCC-77AT05E, and the bottom of the board has "Reliance MV-O" and the numbers 9044 on the PCB. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Fire on The Retro Web Discord shared that the markings on the back are probably not going to be very helpful. Reliance is likely the company that fabbed the raw PCB, V-O is a flammability standard, and 9044 is the datecode for PCB's fabrication (44th week 1990).

Though I have now figured out it is likely a PC Calc motherboard, thanks to the PCC-77AT05E designation.

Yeah there's a few more that are kinda close an Auva and a Jamemco, and one is a lot warmer https://theretroweb.com/motherboards/s/ecs-neatsx but not quite right still, might boil down to revisions.

Unicorn herding operations are proceeding, but all the totes of hens teeth and barrels of rocking horse poop give them plenty of hiding spots.

I'm thinking this board was originally produced by PCC for 286 systems and migrated for the 386SX. PCC may be PC Calc, but both names are pretty generic.
