Can you add more? 🤣

3200+ and 1400, congrats!!
Duron 1800...

Yep, the Duron 1800 is the fastest produced, an Applebred core.

Maybe my mistake but are you going to bench them?
It would be interesting to have all the cpus tested and benched on the same platform.

Unfortunately I don't have time for that...other projects are already ongoing in the garden 😉

Searching a Nexgen Nx586 with FPU, PM me if you have one. I have some Athlon MP systems and cookies.

Amazing! But them being stacked like that is giving me anxiety! 😁

Ah this is at work, stacking expert level (some Cisco/Ciena network equipment) 😉

Last months packages. The STe was sold as defective but seems fine after reseating the chips and a general cleaning. The SC-55 was also sold as defective as the display/LEDs starts blinking after a while. Im guessing its something in the power supply or a bad solder joint but I havent tested it yet more than a quick power up.

The card is a ESS1869, i need an extra card for gaming without any hanging note problems and this one is supposed to be good, this one is missing the IDE-header but that is no problem. My neighbour had a similar pair of speakers that I was jealous of so when these ones popped up i couldnt say now. But i would prefer the Primax-branded ones as they have black speaker grills.

Not really interesting, but helpfull for me, in particular working PATA drives.
A cool, because it's passively cooled 🤣 R9250 I need to check if this is the 64 or 128 bit memory.
And a QDI KT333 chipset socket A, not that I need it but I think eventually these will be interesting to build something on it, I still don't consider them "Retro" or vintage.

Today I got this:
-Sapphire ATI Radeon 9550 256MB DDR (maybe 128bit version) AGP 8x video card (with driver CD, TV-Out cable and its box)
-a Kingmax 512MB DDR memory
-some Nero OEM CDs from ASUS
-a Creative Sound Vlaster Audigy 24bit HD SB0570 PCI sound card with driver CD
-a VGA cable

You know, I hadn't noticed before but I took a picture of the cards I got recently and... They're frigging identical to the ones you have.

Good motherboard.
I use a CUBX-E... I don't know what is the difference.
Socket 370 motherboard with 4 ram slots are not super common.
I think I read somewhere that 4 slots is off specs for 440BX but some manufacturers did that anyway. (But not sure if it's true)

Rescued an old computer from e-waste that looked somewhat uncommon. It's a Digital Prioris XL Server 5133DP. I haven't found much info on the web about exactly this model, but back then (around 1996) it must have cost a fortune. It has VGA and SCSI onboard, 5 EISA slots, 3 PCI, two CPUs on a plugged-in CPU module and all RAM slots are occupied. Unfortunately the front door is missing but the tower is built (and heavy) like a tank. I hope it still works. Haven't tested it out, yet..
Here's a website with photos from a similar model.

I've been looking for one of those for ages, in the DC I used to work we decomm a few, which I missed the oportunity to grab, I was more interested in Alpha/VAX stuff
These came with a Mylex DAC960 scsi controller, only compatible with windows NT unfortunatly.

Yes, these seem to be rather common
To build or not to build - Zenith 80286?

There are also several offers at Ebay. But without that backplane rather useless...

What is the deal with all that Socket 478 and Socket-A lately?
Are this becomming the "new black"?

Don't eat stuff off a 15 year old never cleaned cpu cooler.

Don´t know, but eventually having 32bit PCI and sometimes even ISA slots might be desirable for retro-computing, without falling into virtualization.
With the prices of good Socket 7 boards, this could be a good option, not sure about socket 370 prices, I haven´t checkd'
