Have been in a busy frenzy @ the last couple of weeks, managed to rescue and buy a mixed "assortment" of hardware.
"Donated" (one can say that a couple of cups of Glenrothes where involved) by a friend, a cool keyboard from Cherry, and true cherry on top is it has a AT/XT selector 😎 . It had a ruff time, and was horribly dirty.
The switch's are "hybrid" rubber dome, but they to feel nice I think. Still dirty, but way better.....
After a full disassembly and thorough cleaning, keycap by keycap it turn out a nice keyboard to have.
Also found 2 bundles of assorted hardware on local used sale sites, and some goodies where barley visible.
First bundle (20€):
Jumped to this lot mainly because I had the need for that 8bit OTIVGA. The AGP card was a nice surprise, as it is an FX5900XT.
The second lot has a tad more expensive (50€), but the AWE32 alone would justify :
The P4 mobo seems to have a problem, and the floppy drives are still to be tested, but everything else works fine.
