There is no OPL2 chip on it - pic is not clear enough to read most of the chips though. And the addresses 0x3dc/0x2dc are not typical for adlib.

There's what looks like a model number in the top left-hand corner. Try reading that (I can't make it out on this pic) and googling it - and post it here too 😉

It reads RP108, googling RP108 returns hits for an ISA FM Radio card.. Not something I need. I wish it were an Adlib clone or some other 8 bit sound card.

Seems to be a dual-Socket 5/7 EISA AT board. Looks really interesting.

Dont know about the cards, seems to be some network/graphics combo.

The cards are remote access cards for servers, like a Dell DRAC (remote access card) or HP iLO from around 2003, the ATI mobility radeon chips give it away. They're embedded computers for remote access / power cycling of the server they're attached to.
Here you go

Very cool board, I havent seen many dual socket 7 boards

Interesting, never heard of DRAC. Will try to get this running and to play with. Card is not of much value however.

I've been curious to try the RadLib. 😁

I get that the original Adlib cards are expensive and very sought after because of their collector's value, but 90$ for a reproduction - come on... Even back in the day they had to scratch the markings off the OPL2 chip because the circuit is so simple and easy to clone...

I think I like this one because of the name. 😀 I also like that they have reproduced it right down to the traces. In the big scheme of thing, given what other parts cost, it's not that bad for new, reproduction or not. That being said, it's not going to be on the top of my list of things to buy any time soon, mainly since I'm focusing more on getting my MT-32 up and running at this point, but still. 😀

Do you need an Adlib card if you have a Sound card with a built in Yamaha YMFxxx Chip that Supports OPL3 playback ?

Wasn't me. Maybe it was Jade falcon again. I have car repairs that need to be done, and bills, too.
