Hello everyone.

I would like to buy a 486 motherboard that has PCI slots.

Please can you mention the names of some motherboards to look out for on ebay?

Thank you very much.

Best regards, Robert.

Best models too look out for (from my own experience) is the Asus PV/I 486 SP3 model and ECS UM8880P AIO

I feel sorry for the person who gets this:

The infamous PC Chips fake cache board 😜

Amigaz, a follow up question if I may please ...

Please can you suggest roughly what my max bid for these three mobos should be? (In other words, what are they roughly worth?)

And if I lose, do they appear reasonably often (say approx once a month on ebay?)

Thanks! 😀

imho they are worth 5-10eur, maybe 15eur if you're desperate 😁
In some cases these sort of mobo's go for up to 30-40eur but that doesn't reflect what they are really worth
These models appear maybe once a month or more, the Asus board doesn't show up as often as the ECS boards
Another good board is the Microstar MS4134, the drawback with that board is that it only takes 5volt cpu's if you don't use a voltage adapter
