Help to identify one ESS based ISA soundcard.

There is no any paper stickers on both sides of card.

In top-left corner painted in white: FCC ID: L5J2282 (google fails)
Then painted in black: 2282-0201
Then in white again:
JP1
ON - ENABLE IDE
OFF - DISABLE IDE

In bottom-left corner painted in black: GSZ 9520
Then painted in white: REV A ASSEMBLED IN CHINA

Main chip is: ESS ES1688F
Onboard Wavetable: ICS WaveFront ICS2115V

Middle size green PCB.
Place for WB header without soldered pin itself.

Two CD-In headers - "Naked", with no case L-shaped one and 2nd is generic in small white plastic case.

Right now i can't make actual photo, maybe little later.
