Would it be in adea to attach the image of the board to your posts? the sale will expire and then it is lost.

I've made Gl1zda the owner of the first post so he can work on it.
I need to move the photos over to Mediafire sometime. Imagebam is unreliable these days.
That is even better 😀
Imagebam unreliable, sorry to hear that. It was the image hosting of choice for a while.

My images seem to slowly disappear from their servers. Sometimes the thumbnail remains but the original is gone.
Came across another intel microATX motherboard:
MU440EX
CPU: a single Pentium II (<=333MHz) or Celeron processor (<=400MHz)
Chipset: Intel 82440EX AGPset, 66 MHz host bus speed
Slots: 1 ISA, 2 PCI
Audio: Yamaha YMF 740-V
Graphics: ATI Rage Pro Turbo AGP with 2 MB SGRAM (option for 4MB?)

What image hosting service do you recommend? I assume the forum software can't do scaling?
EDIT: now it works.
I discovered that AN430TX AA revisions 672839-xxx does not contain onboard graphics and 680905-xxx does. Is it true?
Not long ago I got myself a PD440FX. YMF715 and no SCSI, only IDE as opposed to the first post

Most of the integrated devices (graphics, sound) were optional - Intel sold what the OEM wanted. I have a naked AN430TX and one with sound.
I also have an AN430TX with onboard Yamaha sound. It feels much snappier than the AT 430HX board with 256K L2 I owned back in 96-98...
17 years later I am finally able to build my dream Socket 7 system... 🤣

I have an RC440LX running a pair of PIIs. It's interesting because it uses an unusual power supply with two connectors, one of which is physically (but not electrically) identical to the later 24-pin ATX standard. The other is a 14-pin auxiliary connector which I think carries monitoring/sensor data. It also has a standard 20-pin power connector enabling conventional ATX PSUs to be used instead.
ETA: There is a good picture of the R440LX motherboard with its original retail box currently on Italian eBay.

Here it is some docs:

And I have found the final bios package file (now this is the only one place where store this file):

Well, the motherboard in the picture has a 486 Socket.
Just posting to show appreciation: thanks GL1zdA for this amazing resource!
I'm glad this thread got resurrected and I found my way here.

I got some retro intel branded boards
2x Advanced/ML, both have 4 pci, 3 isa, 256k cache, 430HX chipset
3x AN430TX, 2 of the boards with 4 pci, 3 isa without onboard video and 512k cache and the 3rd board with 2 pci, 2 isa with onboard video and no cache, 430TX chipset
TE430VX, with 4 pci, 3 isa, COAST module for cache sticks, 430VX chipset
AG430HX, with 4 pci, 3 isa, 256k cache, onboard ATI graphics and onboard yamaha opl3-sa sound. 430HX chipset
i used a couple of the boards that i have in a couple builds

Some soldering hacks regarding the SR440BX. This probably also goes for the other intel i440BX mainboards. Sources used: datasheets.
Here is how to make a Slot-1 133MHz FSB Speed Pentium III EB work with the SR440BX, although it won't be running at 133MHz FSB.
Remove the resistor R19 on the slot-1 card, because otherwise the mainbaord will ground it through Pin A14. Then connect it to a 3,3V source at R18.
So There I have it my way: Running the SL3XG Pentium III 533 at 266MHz on the SR440BX.
About to do this mod to get a PIII-EB 1GH SL4BS booting on a Compaq branded intel 440bx. Does it default to 100mhz FSB or 66mhz (after removing R19 and connecting to a 3.3v source).
Is there any other non permanent way to force a P3-EB to 100hmz FSB by modding a 440bx motherboard instead?
From Intel 244452 P3E DataSheet.pdf:
Table 5. Frequency Select Truth Table for BSEL[1:0]BSEL1 BSEL0 Frequency0 0 66 MHz0 1 100 MHz1 0 Reserved1 1 133 MHz...BSEL0 = Finger/Pin B21BSEL1 = Finger/Pin A14...This signal can either be left as a no connect or tied to ground.It should be pulled up to 3.3 V with a 220 Ω resistor.
Since I only changed A14 it should be 100MHz with my mod.

You can mod BSEL on the motheroard as well, but you are on your own then.
The cleanest way is to use a Slotket adapter with a Socket 370 CPU, then use the slotket jumpers to override BSEL.
