Does it have a CMI8330 chipset?

The board layout is similar but the big chip says Audio Plus 6400 3d on it.

It is rebranded, does the chip look the same size, with the same amount of pins. If so you I am quite sure it is actually the CMI8330.

The card you linked to is similar, but not quite the CMI8330. I think it has a Crystal CS4237 chip instead, or CS4235 or maybe CS4232.
I am curious as to what the chip left of the QC sticker does.
