its an intel chipset not shure what mod number it is after the sound drivers which i think is a yamaha chip it says yamaha xg ymf740-v 9828 eatk on it.

For an Intel chipset you can just go to Intel's site and get their INF Update (assuming the OS doesn't already know about it anyway).
What OS do you need drivers for?
