I don't believe I have a heating iron or a heat gun, the closest thing I can find is a hair dryer but I doubt that is hot enough.

I haven't quite flashed the card yet I managed to flash it after bricking it with winflash though so I shouldn't be able to break it anymore, I will see if underclocking works in the morning.

PS: I think its a failure on first attempt with new bios

Did you save a backup of the original BIOS?

Yeah I have a backup of the original BIOS, I flashed the original BIOS after bricking the card to fix it.
Then I flashed the underclocked BIOS, I think I can try underclocking a bit more but it looks like I may have to try something else.
