I have that same card....with the full 2mb and even a back panel. Maybe I should sell it on ebay. To be fair, I believe that particular card has been on ebay for a few years with no takers.
It is a pretty nice card I have to say. PCB is high quality, and ET4000W32i with 2mb on ISA is pretty uncommon. Mach64 is still a better card though. ET4000W32x isn't fast on ISA due to bandwidth constraints.
