I'm completely gobsmacked that this cpu and the Ram has scaled as high as they have. I tried 230fsb but got a BSOD during bootup.
Oh and this Motherboard is a P4P800dlx, not a P4P800se. It has a SE bios flashed into it.

I'm pretty sure a Pentium M 765 with Vcoremod at 2,1Ghz @ 2.793Ghz will come close to the Presler above.

It's not a Presler, or even a Prescott. It's just a standard P4 Northwood that overclocks extremely well. Originally I had a P4 2.6C in this and 3.25Ghz unstable
was as good as it got.
For my next trick (a couple of weeks away) I have a Asus CT-479 Adaptor and can fit a Pentium M like Yours and see how I go with that. From memory I got
around 29 seconds or so. This is part of a benchmarking project I am doing with various AGP cards and this cpu then the Pentium M. Later I'll move over to
Socket 775 with a Pentium 4 again, then core2 processors.

*note: Syschk, Speedsys and PC-Config all identify as being 20MHz, but the chips are stamped as 16's. Could be possible it's overclocked but I've never touched it, and the CPU is surface mounted. The systems never run unstable and is still rock solid after 20 years, even the NiCd CMOS battery holds a charge.

And my DLC, which does not have an FPU, took far longer at over a Day just to do 256k.

i would post two 486 results
platform: umc8881 board with 512k cache, 64mb fpm, win95osr2.
amd5x86@stock(33*4), cache 2-1-1-1, dram 0wait: 47:45.
amd5x86@150(50*3), cache 3-2-2-2, dram 1wait: 41:15.
so relaxed cache and ram timing isn't that bad after all, as its 15.8% faster for 12.5% higher clock.
i would also post sis496 results when i set it up.

so relaxed cache and ram timing isn't that bad after all, as its 15.8% faster for 12.5% higher clock.
i would also post sis496 results when i set it up.

sis496 results are up, but rather disappointing:
amd5x86@stock(33*4), cache 2-1-1-1, dram 0wait: 47:10.
amd5x86@150(50*3), cache 3-2-2-2, dram 1wait: 46:00.

PIII 1.1GHz (Coppermine)/440BX/512MB SDRAM/Win98SE. For some strange reason Superpi Mod crashes at seemingly random points on this rig (any ideas?), had to use the unmodded version:
