Has anyone ever found a GF6200 AGP passiv with 128BIT memory-interface?

The 6200 agp is a very fine card. It runs the old 8500/9700/9800 ATI-Demos, the MatroxReef-Demo (with 3danalyzer) und of course the nvidia-techdemos.
I love that card. I could not find a passiv compaditor except the gf3-ti200 passiv, but the gf3 must be slower, even if it has 128Bit memory interface.
