I appearntly have two YMF719 cards, but I am confused about the differences between them. I hope some experts here can give me an answer. The ones I have are:

3D Accelerated Games List (Proprietary APIs - No 3DFX/Direct3D)
3D Acceleration Comparison Episodes

Well, one has a connector for a CD-ROM drive.

AFAIK it's just a matter of different OEMs using slightly different designs... Yamaha didn't actually make the cards, and I don't think their reference design included any sort of PCB layouts, so different manufacturers ended up putting out different looking cards. I know of at least six variations of those things, and I own three... they all work exactly the same.

Another interesting thing about those Yamaha cards is that there are several different part numbers for the chip itself... YMF715, YMF718, and YMF719... and they all seem to be identical.
