Not that I know of. Might work with some adapter cable.

I was interested on an X-Fi with a MIDI port, but I've just found rummaging on discarded PC's that one of them has got an Audigy 2 + MIDI bracket. That may get me a MIDI interface working on Windows 7, I hope.

All PCI X-Fis support a drive bay breakout box which has MIDI I/O. The Fata1ty and Platinum came with the I/O bay (which uses the mini-DIN MIDI ports), while the Elite Pro came with an external plug-in unit with standard DIN ports.
