On my EWS64 XL 1.2 w/ XR385 attached to it I get a very loud static noise (1-2 seconds) or sometimes a loud clicking sound out of the headphones each time after the Win98 logo appears on screen when booting. Was wondering if someone knows what that could be about?
On a side note, being that this is a professional-grade card I find the overall noises when moving the mouse etc. quite distracting 😒 haven't found a way in the manual to disable the internal amp, is there a way to do it and could it be related to the first problem?
