For me, so far the "best" are: Midi Player and vanBasco's Karaoke Player.
Although he does not look very modern.
The problem is that we are in the year 2013 (and today the subject of midi players no longer fashionable as in the 90s...and are not in use).
Seriously nobody has designed this day MODERN midi player?
Shame!

Well a quick Google search seems to indicate that it does work with Win 7.
I even see some You Tube videos stating the same thing.
No matter where you go, there you are...
