I have question about CPU upgrade for top-tier OEM PC (like Dell, HP, etc).

It is possible to upgrade to latest CPU (like AMD K6 on Socket 7 system and Pentium III Tualatin on S370 system) on OEM PC?

Sorry for my bad English

If the case allows it,you can even shove a Athlon system in it with some proper cooling (if the PSU is not aligned it the vertical position rather the normal layout you're okay)(micro ATX only!)

That really depends on the board. Often OEM motherboards will have even artificial CPU limitations making an upgrade nearly impossible.
