The output connection of this card is not VGA or DVI... What is it? Matrox have there own standard?

It's called DMS60. It'll also take the DMS59 cables that Dell and other OEMs like to use. (The only difference between DMS59 and DMS60 is that DMS59 has a missing pin, which isn't used for anything on DMS60 anyway...)
Matrox' MMS cards are for multi-monitor output. As you can see, the cable for it splits into two outputs.
