Has anyone run any benchmarks to compare PC133 SDRAM with VC133 VCSDRAM? Does anyone even have these modules, know what sizes they came in, and know of any part numbers?

Some time ago, I threw my SuperMicro P3TDDE into an old modded Dell case. The manual states that it supports VCSDRAM. From this article on AnandTech, it seems that VCSDRAM increases bus efficiency.

Whenever I get some free time, the P3TDDE will become my third successful dual Tualatin setup. I figured I would take advantage of the VCSDRAM, but it seems I can't find any. Photos of the Tualatin boards here, Dual PIII-S Tualatin 1.4 GHz Success Stories

EDIT:
Oh lord, check out this Quake III comparison of SDRAM vs. VCSDRAM.

VCSDRAM actually hurt performance. It still would be a novelty to have a system setup with 1 or 2 GB of VCSDRAM.

Even the business-related tasks showed no performance enhancement. I'm surprised VCSDRAM was even developed in the first place. Some engineer didn't test his design before going into production mode.
