I don't have Windows on this machine. It's a simple FORMAT C: /S from a W98SE boot CD 😀

I made a video, it's in the Time-Machine Playlist. Installing MS-DOS 7.1 or something like that.

So Windows 95C would also be ok Mauwurf1997?
Also no need to install Ms-Dos right?
Just format c:, boot from a floppy disc with cd-rom support and install Win95 right?

Yes, as far as I'm concerned there's Windows 95C, which obviously came after Windows 95B

If you scroll down a bit there's a table with specifics.

Halcyon: PC Chips M525, P100, 64MB, Millenium 1, Voodoo1, AWE64, DVD, Win95B

So, I'm a bit lost with Windows 95.
Am I supposed to install any drivers?
I'm using a Yamaha YMF719 for sound, I know I need drivers for this one.

An S3 Trio64v+ 2mb card which is detected. I set the monitor to a 640x480 res and no problem. 1024x768 and no problem. But I try 800x600 and image doesn't appear centered.
DO I have to choose monitor? Or just Plug-n-Play?

Also if I want to use VESA/SVGA do I have to install a Vesa fix just like in MS-DOS?

Yes if you want using PS/2 mouse, otherwise go to serial port mouse. The bracket has USB port so you can using USB port on your computer. But if you using W95B, you need install USB Supplemental Driver to make USB working in W95B. Otherwise, go to W98 if you want native and complete USB support. Correct me if I wrong 😀
