I succeeded, but still have a question.
All: WinXP, Vista, 7 work correctly on new motherboard.
nforce 570 sli -> intel Z77

Not sure if it was required but I uninstalled motherboard/sound/gfx drivers.
Changed sata drivers to ide emulation compatibility drivers.

But after moving to new pc it was immediately restarting when trying to boot.

So I just started win7 installation on another partition (till first restart) and it fixed everything.

But my question is what should I do if i had no extra free partition on that hdd for that? (And why it wasn't working?)
