Can anybody tell me what the difference is between a Matrox Impression and an Impression Plus? Is it just the RAMDAC and maximum supported memory or is there more?

And am I correct in assuming they are both multi-chip cards? (like the Voodoo Graphics/Rush/II)

First Impression used Dubic and Titan chips, each driving own memory type. The Plus integrated their functionality into Athena chip and seems to use unified memory. Could not find detailed specs, claimed 3d performance remained the same.
