Here's a Forex Motherboard.

Unfortunately I cant find a photo of it with cache installed and I cant recall which way the cache went before I removed it.

Is there an easy way to tell?

Should I just follow the alignment of the other chips?

The sockets have a little notch at one side (in your pictures they're on the upper side). The cache chips have a little indentation in the plastic that looks like a semicircle. Align the chips so that the indentation matches up with the notch in the socket.

Theres no voltage Jumper on this board and absolutely nothing in the manual in regards to voltage.

The old 486 boards were 5volt standard?

How about a 486 DX 33 CPU? 5 volt?

Im searching now for some reading material but does anyone know?
