I haven't play with too many Intel Aries-based boards. Actually, I only recall ever using one Intel-based socket 3, but my memory is too foggy on this one. I ended up selling it due to slow memory performance. It was some OEM board though.

The main drawback I can see for this board as based on the Stason website, is that it is limited to 512 KB cache, but at least it can be double-banked. 4 PCI slots and ps/2 are a big plus. If the PCI performance isn't reduced like on SiS boards with combined VLB and PCI, I can see some potential in this board.
