I found online what looks to be a site with info about it:

and after much poking around on that site, a link to another that looks like they have actual boards for sale:

But it appears to be a bare board that you need to populate and solder yourself. I could probably manage if it just uses through-hole components and not surface mount stuff, although I seem to remember seeing on one or the other site that there is a version that has SMT components.

Has anyone ever put one of these together? Any thoughts on the process?
