Nope but it wouldn't surprise me if the card was bad before hand, some of the parts I salvaged haven't been used since the mid 90s and have been through hell and back.

Some of these are still sold new-old-stock if you just search for them. I found this one because I bought a PARADISE WDC VLB card and it came with the manual with it. In the back of the manual was an exact part # for it's upgrade ram. So.. this I linked you to matches my card, but it may (or may not) work with your card, I have no way of knowing. Again, this listing is just shown as an example to give you a head-start in the direction of hunting down some of this if you want. Your Mileage May Vary.
