I really like to know who made it.. And if there is more information about it available..
Whats the meaning of using that ROM chip IC holder on the middle of this card.?

And why did they used 2 different kinds of memory on this board?

Can you tell me why is that? Whats the purpose of using two different kinds of memory on that soundcard? Have it anything to do with speed? DIPs are slower then SOJ memory?

There where two memory chips already installed (soldered) to the board. Counting from the lower U1 to the upper sockets are U2, (the empty are U3 , U4)
The SOJ socket is U5. The weird thing is. Bank 0 are those four dip memory chips, bank 1 is the SOJ, but with jumpers i can swap the memory banks. Why is that?

And why is there an IC socket?

Could that IC socket for a boot bios for IDE CD-ROM players? Because that cd-rom connecting is for IDE cd-rom.
