Where are this regulators located? Can i check them visualy to see what's the value on them?

Below the AGP slot
Gonna guess, that those are it.
The top chip, you can barely make out from the picture, that there is a hole blown clear through it.
But its a hole, the other still working board doesn't have this through that chip, and it gave off a very heavy burnt electronic smell when it went.
