I did a full scan of the Phoenix BIOS version of this board. I couldn't find it online:

Finally - also thanks to the previous post - I got my white "porno" Elitegroup SI54P-AIO repaired 😎
- replaced the caps
- replaced the BIOS chip

BIOS image was not esay to find so hope its OK to upload it here. I kept the Phoenix as its nicer and more unusual than the AWARD that was installed before.

Does anybody knows if rev 1.3 of this motherboard will support the Pentium 133Mhz ? Or maybe the 120Mhz?

I have good news here.

My ECS SI54P AIO can use a Pentuim 133 MHZ on this board with that Phoenix v1.7 bios..
I dont think it maybe would do that stock * but i have to test this*
But it will do with an CPU VRM upgrade socket (for socket 5 / 7) which will provide much more multipliers.. On stock they cant be set manually.

I also will included my old Award bios 12 here for just helping out.. But because its a very earlier version it wont reconize faster then the Pentium 100.

The VRM is a single one.. LT1083CP (its a fat one and needs a heatsink)

EDIT:

As far i have tested the board have a hardlocked multiplier of 1.5x ,so the max without modification is @ 100Mhz..

With a mulimedia upgrade socket for 5/7 it will give you additional the Pentium 120 and the Pentium 133.(is the max for this board, but iam not unhappy). Other pentiums wont getting recgonized.

For the max you need at least update the bios to the Phoenix version or the Award 2.0 one..

133mhz is all i need for this moment.
