Yeah, I'm not finding too much info on this myself. Only real thing that came up when searching for "SoundBuster" was this thing, which is totally different to the "SoundBuster" sound card:

However, I did manage to find a little bit on the Apple II version of this card:

In any case, I'd imagine that this card didn't sell well.

A Google Maps search of the address given for the company shows a private residence, and not a business. That's probably why you never heard of one before, it was a mom and pop operation run out of someone's living room.
