Not that I know of, but perhaps someone else with deeper knowledge of these can chime in. Both cards are desirable since they are non-PNP. Do you mind if I ask why you need to get rid of one? Really none of my business so feel free to shut me up - just curious!

I think the other difference would be the CD interfaces on these cards. I think the CT2760 is essentially a Multi-CD (MCD) card with Sony, Mitsumi and Panasonic interfaces whereas the CT3900 has the Panasonic & IDE interfaces. If that matters to you....
