1st: miroMagicPremium PCI - what was this card used for? Anybody has it working?
2nd: STB Systems NitroDVD AGP - any good? was hell to find a driver....

Because wife urges me to clean the room I don´t have much time for testing, benchmarking and spec-searching, so every single word of help is appreciated!!

there will be more,

greetings duncan

miroMagicPremium PCI - That should be a Riva 128 with TV-In and Out (both S-Video and composite). Best for Win9x or NT 4.0. See http://www.mirosupport.de/graph/magic/premium/premium.html

STB Systems NitroDVD AGP - Seems to be based on Mpact2. See http://vintage3d.org/chromatic.php
Probably not very good for actual usage, more interesting for collecting. Mpact2 didn't sell too well so they are probably somewhat rare, though maybe not rare enough to be actually valuable.

Hi,
thanks @idspispopd, for the links. The miro one I had found myself, but only downloaded the stuff without much reading. Seems to be an interesting bit of hardware, I will keep it for experimental use.
The NitroDVD I had lying around for ages, had found some old drivers, but never had built it into a PC. Now thanks to your link, at least I got to know a bit about it´s history. Seemingly they had good ideas, but not the muscle to push into the market as other companies. Pity - in the 90s there were so many great hardware developments made which eighther got bought out or drowned in the mass production of others.
Sure I´ll keep asking and reporting about (for me) strange stuff that´s lying around,

greetings duncan
