Ha, no - it is just that you have a 'MS6163' (Ver 1) motherboard which has
been flashed with a 'MS6163 Pro' (Ver 2) motherboard bios v3.10 - so you
have a bios which is not actually intended for your model of motherboard.
(Reread my previous posts to understand how I know this.)

It is not going to be a problem for your 'MS6163' Ver1 (and indeed, you have not
encountered any problems), because 'MS6163 Pro' bios versions v3.9 and v3.10
are not listed with any warnings about using them on 'MS6163' Ver 1 motherboards,
therefore it seems likely to me that MSI has tested those bios versions in both
models 'MS6163' and 'MS6163 Pro' without encountering any problems.
In contrast, you can see that 'MS6163 Pro' bios versions v3.8 and earlier had warnings
e.g.; "This bios is only for PCB ver 2.0 (MS-6163Pro)"
and "This bios could not be use for PCB 1.0 (MS-6163)"
http://www.msi.com/support/mb/MS6163_Pro.html#down-bios

{Just a sidenote; you see the latest bios on the above webpage is listed as "v3.a",
but I believe it shows itself on the motherboard bios screen as v3.10 , in fact.}

You shouldn't feel that you have a lesser motherboard, incidently - the MS6163
has pins for the SB_LINK connection (useful if you ever obtain one of the very
few PCI audio soundcards that had SB_LINK capability)
And also maybe you are lucky enough(?) to have a 'MS6163' with a blue letter 'C'
sticker on the Winbond chip next to the IDE connection - that indicates that
that 'MS6163' is definately Coppermine capable. (Ref;
