I just bought a Siemens Nixdorf laptop for 20€. Just like this one here http://www.todocoleccion.net/antiguedades/ord … 4-nsl~x17207513 Except on the bottom it reads: "model PCD-4Nsl /33 200MB". Hard drive is 200MB and it has Windows 95 and I guess the "33" means 33mhz. System boots fine and everything is fine. Windows reports that the processor is 486, but doesn't say if it is a SX or DX.
I was just wondering if someone has any more information about the system? Any upgrade possibilities?
It has a built in modem, pcmcia-slot(which type?), ps2 keyboard and mouse connection. On the back there is a vga, parallel, serial, "at-bus" and extra ram connectors. There is 4MB Siemens Nixdorf ram card installed. The ram card looks like a PCMCIA card. In total the machine has 8MB of RAM.
