I have two floppy controllers, both work fine on one 486 machine (only vga and the floppy controller are plugged into the boards ever at this point) but when put in the other, I just get a insert boot disk error. Disks boot fine in the seemingly good one.

Is there something wrong with the motherboard or am I going insane?
