Windows should detect the Voodoo 2 right away and ask for drivers; no need to plug in the passthrough cable for that.

It'd still need drivers though. Win98's (both of them) driver bundle dates to Nov 97 IIRC, predating the V2 by quite a few months.

I don't care about drivers as they are available on the web. I think I have another dead voodoo ii... I'll try it on my main pc to see what happens.
