I have an Asus V8420 in my Pentium 3, and was recently excited about the fact that it might be able to fix my need for component-in.
However upon installing the WDM vivo drivers, I am constantly getting a Code 10 error. I have tried playing with IRQs and such, and I'm coming to the conclusion that this simply isn't possible with this card and/or setup. Have tried every available driver version, on both 98SE and XP.

Just wanted to ask if there's something I'm missing or I should just leave this be.

I have a Leadtek card that is VIVO, it is S-video and composite and audio only as far as I know.
