I might not be doing it right, but to be honest i tend to prefer DOS based HDD test softwares.

Hirens boot has a few, i tend to like HD Sentinel for SMART info, and for testing i use Vivard, although sometimes they don't agree when it comes to "Power On Count". Under Windows, Crystal Disk Info is quite good.

It's a bit weird that it already has any reallocated sectors after just 4.41 TBW. The X25-M used 25nm MLC rated to 5000 P/E cycles, for an 80GB drive that should amount to ~400 TBW of endurance @ 1:1 write amplification, or ~200 TBW @ 1:2, etc.

Has this SSD by any chance been left unpowered for any long time (several months)?
