Recently I decided to give another try to my ThinkPad 600. I'm planning to make it retro/adlib computer. I installed Dos 7.10.
Great DOS video modes scaling. No gameport, but after all - feels great!
However:
Few mod players don't recognize SB properly (MPXPLAY, CUBIC PLayer) and there is a silence. Midi players don't see card at all. How to properly configure the sound card for Dos in that computer? Maybe I have some DMA or IRQ conflicts.
Few programs give me Runtime Error 200 at 06d.... Is there a program to fix it to just put in autoeexec and have it solved?
What program is the best (again for autoexec) to slow computer down?
