Is there such thing as a limit on how many groups/icons the Windows for Workgroups Program Manager can handle? I get "group file error/not enough memory" message boxes when trying to move a shortcut to another group, and the MS Office 4.3 installer failed to create about half of its icons. It's the first time I see it; is there a setting for progman's allocated memory somewhere or something simple I miss? The box has 32MB ram, 128 total w/ virtual memory, haven't touched the default settings.

edit: just found the answer in an old PC Mag (7 Feb 1995) through google books
