I bought this "empty" computer case at a charity shop for $10 today. These cases were fairly common in South Africa, but I can't for the life of me remember the manufacturer's name or the model number. I suspect it's a Chenbro case of sorts, but I'm not 100% sure.
Please post some more pics, the side panels, the back, the insides, any stickers or other writings.
Yes, there's got to be some identifying information on it somewhere. Perhaps the front bezel can be pulled off?
To me, it looks like a cheap Codegen case.
If it is one such, the PSU should have Codegen branded on it.
Don't eat stuff off a 15 year old never cleaned cpu cooler.

Having pics of, say, the side panels and the back, may help in identifying its maker, as often a single manufacturer would sell 'different' cases which actually were almost the same except maybe the front bezel.
The case has no serial numbers stamped onto it or any stickers. I did a reverse image search using Google Images and it turns out that it is a KME CX-5762.

you can point google to an image on the netz or upload one and google will show cahced images that have similar colors
