what bios version do you have ? maybe problem with 3.45v is connect with bios problem ?

Diode looks the same as D5. I can't get a clear photo - lightning/focus problem.
Capacitor is the same as pictured before (CT23) - 22uF 25v.
Not sure what is the problem with voltage regulator. If I set jumpers to anything but 5V the board won't post. It works fine on 5V.

It is CT-20 and lay left from processor (bigger than all another).
Can you help me with it? I need parameters or photo of this.
