I checked my Siemens Nixdorf laptops, 486 version (DX4/75) has red Intel Inside sticker, Pentium 90 version has black Pentium sticker.

Wow I have the exact same two models! 😲 (plus a spare)
They all have the red stickers though. How odd.

Does any of your floppy drives work? All mine have loose belt drives. I once got one temporarily working by putting the belt in hot water for half an hour. Don't know how to fix it permanently. Send me a PM if it's too off topic 😀

Well, that's nice 😀 I also have some spares (that is DX4/100 with passive screen, and DX2/50 + another DX4/75, with broken screens; i bought a bulk of them, of course screens are interchangable)

and of course none of the floppy drives were working, that's standard for Citizen W1D drives. I fixed one drive by buying a new belt, thicker than the original one but it was very cheap and it fits. Unfortunately I don't remember the dimensions of correct belt, I bought some similarly sized, around 69mm diameter and checked which one fits the best. Here is a topic where I mentioned that repair:
Re: How to repair a toshiba laptop floppy drive ?

Try finding such belts locally, they should be very cheap 😉
I also repaired the battery by putting AA ni-mh rechargable cells inside.

Does anyone know where to get these stickers? I tried several times over the years and could only find current ones.
