Basically the computer wont go past POST when the card is in the ISA slot. Unfortunately i do not own another ISA card or ISA equiped computer to test if the card or port is faulty. The computer boots just fine without the soundblaster installed. There are no visible leaky CAPs.

Any suggestions?

In the caption to the top imgur picture you say

I disabled serial and com ports and disabled on-board soundblaster emulation by setting it to native (AC97 i presume)

Is there no way to disable the onboard audio completely?

Also the Vibra probably wants to be on IRQ 5, so try setting IRQ 5 to "Legacy ISA" (bottom picture)

Unfortunately it cant be disabled completely it seems. Only setting is "Native" or "Sb16". I tried setting all of them to Legacy ISA but to no avail 🙁
The Vibra is PnP so i guess the jumpers on the card are not important?

*edit* Was the computer having a fault. Tried some other ISA cards and it still wouldnt boot.
