I'm looking for the absolute latest RIVA 128 drivers that are on NT4. nVidia themselves only have somewhat early drivers on their website, and I was hoping for something later than that.

Those are version 1.00. The NT4 drivers I was using were newer than that. I would like something around the NV20/GeForce 3 era.

Good luck finding a driver for that card and os newer then 2007.
