Windows 98 won't start anymore. I turn off computer with power button. Computer freeze at startup when loading icons in taskbar. Mouse freeze. Reinstall OS?

I've told you this before, but details, details, details! Mostly in this case, this history of this problem.

But yes, when something like that happens it's a good idea to reinstall the OS, especially when it's Windows 98.
