It's getting brutal price-wise trying to find some upper tier slot 1 P3's, so now want to look into a P4 config for 1997-2002 Win98 games. What would be a good range before too much speed is a factor? Thinking along the lines of cpu's ranging 1.8 to 2.4ghz. Has anybody had any experience running Rogue Squadron on such a system? That will probably be the oldest game played on it, Return to Castle Wolfenstein would probably be the most demanding so to speak.
