I got a Diamond Monster 3D II 12MB Rev A. Memory on front side says 9815F and on the back side 9814F. Will it be possible to find another identic card to run SLI setup?
Will Matrox G400 be good to use as a 2D card?
Motherboard is an Asus K7M and CPU Athlon Slot A 1 GHz.

That all depends on how long you're willing to look and how much you're willing to spend, doesn't it?
In theory you can do SLI with completely mismatched cards if you use the 3dfxzone drivers.

Voodoo cards function entirely independently of whatever card you pair them with. You can use whatever you want that happens to suit your needs.
Finding another Diamond Monster 3D II 12MB should be enough to satisfy the official drivers. But as Jorpho said using the fastvoodoo drivers from 3dfxzone have made matching cards a non issue for years.
Don't forget you'll need to make an SLI cable, lucky that's easy too

Yes, you can even go with a G100, since you'll use the Voodoo for 3D anyway.
