Wish to buy a old dos gaming notebook with a low frequency Pentium MMX, and find out this, the old TOSHIBA Dynabook PORTEGE 300CT.

Please see this link for its photos and condition:

And here is the specs (translated by Google):

I'm mainly targeting the 90's retro dos games on a 586-standard Pentium IBM PC because I was born in 80's and owned my first PC when I was 11. Since most of dos games in that period are running at 320x200, its 1024x600 display is quite perfect for old games isn't it( [320x200] *3 = 960x600)?
I think this is good enough to play those old 2D dos games. Its relatively low frequency CPU should not make old games run overspeed, and MMX Pentium also guarantee an acceptable performance in Win 95 OSR 2.5 when I wish to try some later dos games that also available on Win95.

The only problem is there seems a error blue stripe displayed on its screen, so How is the compatibility according to its specs? Is it worthy for me buying this to achieve my goals? If not, any comment or suggestions? This would help me establish my owned new retro gaming PC if necessary.

Thank u guys!
